Deep within us all is an innate healer— a wise, resilient part of us that knows how to resolve the pain we've carried, even when that pain feels overwhelming. Whether it’s emotional neglect, relational struggles, sexual abuse, religious trauma, neglect, anxiety, depression, identity struggles, cultural trauma, grief, or loss — these experiences change us.

As a trauma-trained therapist, I’m here to walk with you as you reconnect with that inner wisdom, make sense of your story, and gently begin to integrate what once felt unmanageable.

Somatic Modalities Offered

Talk therapy can only promote healing so far. Somatic modalities allow unconscious material to integrate with the conscious mind. When this occurs individuals feel a sense of more room inside, and more hope, confidence, and peace. Often clients have reported feeling a real sense of change after somatic work that they didn’t experience in traditional talk therapy or cognitive therapy. Trauma is stored in the body, and to heal it, we must work with the body.
